急辞职企业不批怎么办

律师分析:
劳动者想辞职走人,只需要主动与单位协商一致即可,但一般主动辞职的话就不能享受法定的经济补偿金。如果是提前30天向单位发出了单方面解除劳动合同的通知,即使单位领导不批准签字,也可以在30天以后离开原单位;单位不依法履行相关手续的话,可以提起劳动争议仲裁,也可以申请劳动保障监察,要求单位履行法定义务。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
