释义	职工应当参加生育保险，由用人单位按照国家规定缴纳生育保险费，生育医疗保险费用包括生育的医疗费用、计划生育的医疗费用以及法律法规规定的其他项目费用。报销时不需要提前备案，但是若是异地报销则需要提前备案。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十三条职工应当参加生育保险，由用人单位按照国家规定缴纳生育保险费，职工不缴纳生育保险费。第五十五条生育医疗费用包括下列各项：（一）生育的医疗费用；（二）计划生育的医疗费用；（三）法律、法规规定的其他项目费用。
