释义	法律分析：刑事处罚不会通知所在单位，但未保障刑事犯罪嫌疑人委托律师等合法权利得到保障，依据《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第一百二十三条的规定，除无法通知或者涉嫌危害国家安全犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪通知可能有碍侦查的情形以外，应当在拘留后二十四小时以内制作拘留通知书，通知被拘留人的家属。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十四条决定拘留的机关在拘留后，除有碍侦查或无法通知者外，应当把拘留的原因和羁押的处所，在24小时内通知被拘留人的家属或者他的所在单位。
