释义	法律分析：债务属于非法债务，不应受法律保护。赌博行为违反了我国治安管理法等法律明令禁止赌博的规定，也违反了民法公序良俗的基本原则，同时损害社会公共利益等法律的规定，属于违法行为。在明知从事违法行为的情况下，仍然主动借款，基于此生成的借贷关系当属非法的借贷关系，基于此生成的赌债亦不具有合法性和真实性，是违法债务，因此，不应受到法律保护。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》第十一条出借人明知借款人是为了进行非法活动而借款的，其借贷关系不予保护。
