释义	无责底薪又称无责任底薪，是指员工即使没能完成用人单位所下达的任务指标也可以拿到该单位所规定的最低薪水。是劳动者在和用人单位签订劳动合同时规定的用人单位支付劳动者劳动报酬的一种方式。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条：国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
