释义	法律分析：不可以。一个家庭,不能拥有两本户口本。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第五条户口登记以户为单位。共同居住生活在同一住址、同一成套合法固定住所内的常住人口，立为一户。这也就意味着一个家庭不能同时持有两个户口本。只有当户内因发生婚姻、分家等变化需要分户，且房屋所有权、使用权已经分割的，可以凭能够证明房屋所有权、使用权已经分割的证明材料申报分户登记。如房屋所有权、使用权未分割的，不予分户。
