抵押房产被买卖的是否有效
释义
根据我国法律规定，抵押人在抵押期间，转让已办理登记的的抵押物的，应当通知抵押权人并告知受让人转让物已经抵押的情况;抵押人未通知抵押权人或者未告知受让人的转让行为无效。
