释义	法律分析: 公司无故免除员工职务要看双方劳动合同中所约定的岗位，那么如果双方约定的岗位，是劳动者被免除的岗位，在下任免决定前，需要征得劳动者的同意，如果未征得劳动者的同意，单位单方面免职，属于单方面变更合同内容，是不合法的，用人单位是需要向劳动者支付相应赔偿的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
