释义	债权转让通知债务人时可以蔽清口头通知、书面通知的方式。如果通过这两种方式仍然无法联系到债务人，则可以通过邮寄的方式将挂号信寄给债务人；信件上需注明债权转让通知，收到回件时，该方式也可证明已经通知到债务人。法律依据：《缺首中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发宏扮前生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
