问题	必须要公证赡养协议吗？
释义	法律分析：不是必须的。公证不是赡养协议生效的条件，只要符合双方真实意思表示，不违反法律规定，就具有法律效力。但是如果进行公证的话，效力会更高一些。经公证的民事法律行为、有法律意义的事实和文书，应当作为认定事实的根据，但有相反证据足以推翻该项公证的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
