释义	拆迁房屋的过渡“费”：是指当地在拆迁期间，拆迁征管方对于房屋被拆迁人的“居住权”受到影响时，而给予的补偿。而当事人在户口登记地，是享有居住权的，本人的户口不在本地而房屋拆迁的，对当事人居住权没有影响，所以不会给予该补偿。当事人可以带上本人的房屋产权登记证，户口本、身份证等，具体咨询拆、迁部门的工作人员，以对方的答复为准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第六条公民应当在经常居住的地方登记为常住人口，一个公民只能在一个地方登记为常住人口。
