释义	法律分析：试用期不发工资是违法行为，根据我国的法律规定，劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。如果试用期不发工资，您可以到劳动监察大队投诉，也可以到劳动仲裁委申请劳动仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资
