法律依据：
《中华人民共和国消防法》 第四十九条 公安消防队、专职消防队扑救火灾、应急救援，不得收取任何费用。单位专职消防队、志愿消防队参加扑救外单位火灾所损耗的燃料、灭火剂和器材、装备等，由火灾发生地的人民政府给予补偿。
