释义	法律分析：不经同意擅自回家就算。虽然集训期间还没授衔，但是部队有备案，这个不太可能，除非部队不要了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第六十二条现役军人以逃避服兵役为目的，拒绝履行职责或者逃离部队的，按照中央军事委员会的规定给予行政处分；战时逃离部队，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百二十四条战时临阵脱逃的，处三年以下有期徒刑；情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致使战斗、战役遭受重大损失的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
