释义	离婚案件是可以撤诉的，和普通案件是一样的。在庭审结束前，如果能就案件达成一致，可以当听提交撤诉申请，也可以在判决前提交撤诉申请。如果是原告无故经通知不到庭的，那么法官会按照撤诉进行处理。撤诉相当于案件整体被撤，如果事后还想进行起诉，仍可就同一个案由进行起，再走一遍诉讼程序。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十三条原告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以按撤诉处理；被告反诉的，可以缺席判决。
