发生装修纠纷怎么取证 |

法律分析：装修纠纷可以通过以下方式取证：
一、证明当事人诉讼主体资格的证据：
1、当事人为自然人的，应当提交身份证明材料，如身份证或者户口本；
2、当事人为法人或者其他组织的，应当提交营业执照、社区法人登记证等登记材料；
3、当事人名称在建设工程法律关系成立后发生变更的，应当提交登记机关出具的变更证明。
二、证明建设工程合同关系成立的证明建设工程施工合同，增减工程量的补充合同或备忘录、现场工程签证；
三、证明施工工程合同履行的证据：
1、工程预算、决算报告；
2、支付工程款的支付凭证；
3、工程验收、结算凭证、质量检验报告。
四、提交诉讼请求的计算依据：
1、本金、利息、违约金、赔偿金等支持诉讼请求的计算方法和清单；
2、当事人认为应当向法院提交的其他证据。

第六十四条 当事人对自己提出的主张，有责任提供证据。
当事人及其诉讼代理人因客观原因不能自行收集的证据，或者人民法院认为审理案件需要的证据，人民法院应当调查收集。
人民法院应当按照法定程序，全面地、客观地审查核实证据。
