释义	狭义刑法指刑法典，是专门、全面和系统地规定犯罪、刑事责任的法律。与广义刑法、狭义刑法相联系的，刑法还可区分为普通刑法和特别刑法。普通刑法指具有普遍适用效力的刑法，实际上即指刑法典。特别刑法指仅适用于特定的人、时、地、事（犯罪）的刑法。在我国，也叫单行刑法和附属刑法。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第一条，为了惩罚犯罪，保护人民，根据宪法，结合我国同犯罪作斗争的具体经验及实际情况，制定本法。
