问题	我国刑法对战时拒绝军事订货罪的处罚规定?
释义	犯本罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和他直接责任人员，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成严重后果的，处五年以上有期徒刑。造成严重后果，一般是指因拒绝、故意延误军事订货、致使战斗、战役失利的；严重影响部队重大军事行动的；造成人员重大伤亡或者重要武器装备、军用物资、军事设施毁损的等情形。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百八十条
