释义	法律分析：企业单方解除合同合同不一定会解除。一方单方解除合同，并不表示该解约行为必然会得到法律的支持，因为一方在行使单方解约权的时候，只是他认为对方违约且该违约行为已达到可以解除合同的程度。如果对方当事人认为自己没有违约且不同意合同解除的，应起诉法院，通过法庭审理，最终判定是否有违约行为及是否构成合同解除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第九十八条用人单位违反本法规定的条件解除劳动合同或者故意拖延不订立劳动合同的，由劳动行政部门责令改正；对劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任。
