释义	法律分析：员工的底薪工资不应该包含全勤奖,不论是财务在做工资表还是发放给你的工资条里面,全勤奖都应该与基本工资单列。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。工资作为劳动者的劳动报酬，主要支付形式有:一种是以货币形式支付，极个别是以实物形式支付。一般来讲，工资主要是以货币形式支付的。
