工程结算盖项目部章有效吗

法律分析：看具体情况而定。如果施工单位对项目部授权，项目部代表施工单位全权履行合同，且没有对确认结算书有其他相反的约定。那么项目部就有权确认工程结算书，结算书上加盖项目部的印章应当有效；如果施工单位没有对项目部授权，则盖项目部章就无效。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》
第九百一十九条 委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
第九百二十条 委托人可以特别委托受托人处理一项或者数项事务，也可以概括委托受托人处理一切事务。
