2023年居住证有哪些用途 |

法律分析:
各地区的居住证作用会有所差异。但基本都有这几个作用：1、一年有效期居住：流动人口首次申领居住证的，发给有效期为一年的居住证。持有效期为一年的居住证，在居住地可以免费享受公共就业服务机构提供的就业服务;免费享受国家基本公共卫生服务;依法参加社会保险;按规定享受政府部门提供的各类免费培训;按规定享受政府保障性住房。2、实行计划生育的育龄夫妻，还能免费享受国家规定的基本项目的计划生育技术服务;有需要进行职称考试的，也可按规定参加居住地专业技术职务的任职资格评定或者考试、职业(执业)资格考试、职业(执业)资格登记。3、三年有效期居住证：持有效期为三年的居住证，除了享受所有有效期一年的居住证的服务外，还可以在居住地申领机动车驾驶证，办理机动车注册登记手续;办理赴港澳地区商务签注手续;依法参加居住地社区组织和有关社会事务管理;已婚育龄夫妇生育第一个子女的，可以在居住地的乡(镇)人民政府或者街道办事处办理生育服务登记。

《居住证暂行条例》 第十二条 居住证持有人在居住地依法享受劳动就业，参加社会保险，缴存、提取和使用住房公积金的权利。县级以上人民政府及其有关部门应当为居住证持有人提供下列基本公共服务：（一）义务教育；（二）基本公共就业服务；（三）基本公共卫生服务和计划生育服务；（四）公共文化体育服务；（五）法律援助和其他法律服务；（六）国家规定的其他基本公共服务。
