释义	认定卖淫嫖娼行为，除了嫌疑人的供述外，公安民警还应调查的其他证据，如：民警当场抓获时民警的证言；或者现场的有关物证或书证；或者能够证明卖淫嫖娼的视听资料；或者介绍或容留人的证言；或者其他人证、物证等。道德范畴的婚外性行为、婚前性行为，不属于嫖娼，嫖娼的认定是基于性与金钱的交易。法律依据：《治安管理处罚法》第六十六条　卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
