释义	无证办辅导班会被查，会进行罚款、撤销办学资格等处罚。法律依据：《教育行政处罚暂行实施办法》第十二条违反法律、法规和国家有关规定举办学校或其他教育机构的，由教育行政部门予以撤销；有违法所得的，没收违法所得。社会力量举办的教育机构，举办者虚假出资或者在教育机构成立后抽逃出资的，由审批的教育行政部门责令改正；拒不改正的，处以应出资金额或者抽逃资金额两倍以下、最高不超过十万元的罚款；情节严重的，由审批的教育行政部门给予责令停止招生、吊销办学许可证的处罚。
