释义	请求更正专利申请日的办法：请求更改专利申请日，应在递交专利申请文件之日起两个月内、申请人收到受理通知书一个月内提出更改。专利行政主管部门对其更改的原因进行审核。准予更正的，作出重新确定申请日通知书。《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十三条申请人可以对其专利申请文件进行修改，但是，对发明和实用新型专利申请文件的修改不得超出原说明书和权利要求书记载的范围，对外观设计专利申请文件的修改不得超出原图片或者照片表示的范围。
