释义	法律分析：即经法院调解，双方同意离婚的，法院出具的调解书与离婚证是有同等法律效力的，生效后的离婚调解书，与民政局发的离婚证的法律效力是一样的，因为已生效的离婚调解书具有从法律上解除婚姻关系的效力，也就是说从生效时起男女双方就已经解除了婚姻关系。当事人也可以凭借生效的离婚调解书办理再婚登记、户口登记等事项，并且可以凭此证明自己的婚姻状况。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十条完成离婚登记，或者离婚判决书、调解书生效，即解除婚姻关系。
