亲戚可以出庭作证么？
释义
可以的，证人必须是能够辨别是非、能够正确表达的人能够辨别是非，能够正确表达的人，而对证人的身份没有要求，但是亲戚作为证人提供的证人证言证明力会有所减弱。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第七十二条 凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第六十条 凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。
