法律分析：
对于未成年工犯法么的问题我们国家规定的是十六岁是一个分界线，对于十六岁一下的是称之为童工招收童工是犯法的行为。但是十六岁以上是未成年工，是合法的行为。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国未成年保护法》 第五十八条 国家对女职工和未成年工实行特殊劳动保护。
未成年工是指年满16周岁未满18周岁的劳动者。
