问题	借条过了还款期未还钱能要求利息吗
释义	原则上未约定利息的借条，债权人不能在要求还款时向债务人索要利息。但是如果借款时约定了还款期限，或者虽然没有约定还款期限，但是债权人已经催告债务人在一定期限内还款的，债务人过了这个期限仍不还款，那么债权人可以要求债务人支付逾期还款的利息。《最高人民法院关于贯彻执行若干问题的意见(试行)》123、公民之间的无息借款，有约定偿还期限而借款人不按期偿还，或者未约定偿还期限但经出借人催告后，借款人仍不偿还的，出借人要求借款人偿付逾期利息，应当予以准许。
