释义	法律分析：可以。除不公开审理的案件外，劳动仲裁庭审笔录不仅应允许当事人及代理人查阅复制，还应允许利害关系人及其代理人查阅。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第二十六条劳动争议仲裁公开进行，但当事人协议不公开进行或者涉及国家秘密、商业秘密和个人隐私的除外。第四十条仲裁庭应当将开庭情况记入笔录。当事人和其他仲裁参加人认为对自己陈述的记录有遗漏或者差错的，有权申请补正。如果不予补正，应当记录该申请。笔录由仲裁员、记录人员、当事人和其他仲裁参加人签名或者盖章。
