释义	严格意义上夫妻共同财产属于夫妻间财产，与父母无关，但是在离婚时可以考虑双方意愿而协议将部分财产让与父母是可以的。一般来讲夫妻离婚分割财产的，此时父母是不能进行分割的，但如果夫妻双方协商一致将共同财产分割给父母的话，也是允许的。对于夫妻共同财产，其所有权属于夫妻二人，夫妻双方在离婚时有权要求平等分割，所以父母不是夫妻共同财产的有权分割人。但对于父母而言，会涉及的是父母为了孩子买房买车而支付首付的情况，所以在这样的情况下进行财产分割时，可以与父母进行协商。
