释义	法律分析：一部分差额补足承诺是承诺人直接承诺在债务人未能按照约定支付应付本息的，由承诺人承担差额补足义务。由于差额补足承诺是承诺人与债权人的真实意思表示，应当认定差额补足承诺具有法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效： (一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力(二)意思表示真实(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。第一百四十四条无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
