小产权受法律保护吗
释义
小产权不受法律保护，小产权房不合法的主要原因是没有国家发放的土地使用证和预售许可证，购房合同在国土房管局不会给予备案。小产权房不能向非本集体成员的第三人转让或出售，即购买后不能合法转让过户。其同时对房屋的保值和升值也有一定影响。
