释义	法律分析： 1、甲方因不能提供本合同约定的房屋而解除合同的，应支付乙方本合同月租金的两倍作为违约金。2、如乙方要求甲方继续履行合同的，甲方每逾期交房一日，则每日应向乙方支付月租金0.5%的滞纳金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
