释义	遗嘱是单方法律行为。因为立遗嘱不是和他人共同处分，而是自我决定、自己处分的行为，不受他人左右，不是共同行为。立遗嘱时，并不存在对方接受或拒绝或协商的情形，所以不是双方行为。法律依据: 《民法典》第一千一百三十三条自然人可以依照本法规定立遗嘱处分个人财产，并可以指定遗嘱执行人。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产指定由法定继承人中的一人或者数人继承。自然人可以立遗嘱将个人财产赠与国家、集体或者法定继承人以外的组织、个人。自然人可以依法设立遗嘱信托。
