释义	法律分析：如果当事人在没有完全了解合同内容的时候，或在某种不正当的诱导下签的合同，那么无效。签定合同，如果当事人不认识字，应该由无利害关系的第三人在场的情况下，了解说明合同所叙述内容，至当事人完全了解合同内容并同意所签定的合同才是有效的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零二条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
