起诉离婚被告不来怎么办

法律分析：
被告自己承担后果法院可以直接转达被告。起诉离婚对方不去的，法院会做缺席判决。被告可以不去法院应诉，被告无正当理由拒不到庭的，法院会做出缺席判决，法律后果自行承担。如果被告当事人一方确实因客观原因不能出庭，可以委托律师出席，向法庭提交书面意见。在满足以上两种条件后，才可以公告送达，才能对离婚缺席判决。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第六十二条 离婚案件有诉讼代理人的，本人除不能表达意思的以外，仍应出庭；确因特殊情况无法出庭的，必须向人民法院提交书面意见。
