释义	法律分析: 从2005年10月1日起执行新标准：正常护理费标准为每人每月300元。对于生活不能自理的，由个人提出申请，到劳动局人事科交表并交纳鉴定费用，然后鉴定部门根据个人申请和实际情况，给予鉴定。工资发放单位根据护理依赖程度发给护理费。法律依据: 《国务院关于老干部离职休养的暂行规定》第十一条本规定自颁发之月起实行，适用于党政机关、人民团体和全民所有制企业、事业单位的干部以及因工作需要由组织委派到集体所有制企业、事业单位工作的国家干部。过去有关规定与本规定不一致的，以本规定为准。
