释义	如果是已满十六周岁，以自己的劳动收人为主要生活来源的未成年人，有权依照合同自由原则订立合同。如果是不满八周岁的人不能订立合同，即使订立了合同也属于无效合同；如果是八周岁以上的未成年人，也可以订立合同，但订立的合同除了纯获利益的，属于效力待定的合同，只有经过其代理人追认合同才有效。【法律依据】《民法典》第十八条，成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。
