释义	可以主动去刑警大队配合调查，刑警确认冻结的存款、汇款经查明确实与案件无关后由刑警队解冻银行卡，也可等待自动解冻。法律依据: 《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规章》第二百二十九条冻结存款的期限为六个月。有特殊原因需要延长的，公安机关应当在冻结期满前办理继续冻结手续。每次续冻期限最长不超过六个月。逾期不办理继续冻结手续的，视为自动撤销冻结。第二百三十条对于冻结的存款、汇款经查明确实与案件无关的，应当在三日以内通知原银行、其他金融机构、邮电部门解除冻结，并通知被冻结存款、汇款的所有人。
