法律分析：一、主播竞业限制协议有效吗
竞业限制合同满足以下条件的有效：意思表示真实；行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。对负有保密义务的劳动者，用人单位可以在劳动合同或者保密协议中与劳动者约定竞业限制条款。劳动者违反竞业限制约定的，应当按照约定向用人单位支付违约金。

具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：
（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；
（二）意思表示真实；
（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
二、竞业限制没补偿金合同还有效的吗
竞业限制没补偿金合同无效。单位没有支付经济补偿金的，不受该竞业禁止条款的限制即该条款无约束力。竞业限制是用人单位对负有保守用人单位商业秘密的劳动者，在劳动合同、知识产权权利归属协议或技术保密协议中约定的竞业限制条款。
三、如何约定竞业限制条款才合法
约定合法的竞业限制条款要：
1、签订敬业限制适用于用人单位的高级管理人员、高级技术人员和其他负有保密义务的人员；
2、竞业限制的范围、地域，原则上应当以能够与用人单位形成实际竞争关系的地域为限；
3、竞业限制期限不得超过两年。
