释义	员工可以告公司非法经营罪吗可以。如果公司员工能够有证据证明自己不知情，没有参与到违法活动里，或者不知道自己的行为是违法的，可以不承担法律责任。非法经营罪的处罚，根据刑法第225条的规定，犯本罪的，处5年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处违法所得1倍以上5倍以下罚金;情节特别严重的，处5年以上有期徒刑，并处违法所得1倍以上5倍以下罚金或者没收财产。根据《刑法》第231条的规定，单位犯非法经营罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员按照上述法定刑判处刑罚。
