释义	法律分析：在法院对于小额诉讼判决之后，实行一审终审案件是不能再进行上诉，但可以申请重新开庭审理，也就是进入到审判监督的程序进行再审。因此，小额诉讼程序不能上诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百五十七条基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理事实清楚、权利义务关系明确、争议不大的简单的民事案件，适用本章规定。基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理前款规定以外的民事案件，当事人双方也可以约定适用简易程序。
