释义	如果是公务员直系亲属不能在同一单位，如果是私营企业就没有影响。国家机关、国有企业、事业单位任用会计人员应当实行回避制度。单位领导人的直系亲属不得担任本单位的会计机构负责人、会计主管人员。会计机构负责人，会计主管人员的直系亲属不得在本单位会计机构中担任出纳工作法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》第六十八条公务员的培训实行登记管理。公务员参加培训的时间由公务员主管部门按照本法第六十七条规定的培训要求予以确定。公务员培训情况、学习成绩作为公务员考核的内容和任职、晋升的依据之一。
