释义	单务合同不一定是无偿合同，如有息贷款合同就是有偿合同，但大部分的单务合同是无偿合同。单务合同是指一方只享有权利而不尽义务，另一方只尽义务而不享有权利的合同。单务合同的当事人的权利义务不存在对应关系。法律依据《民法典》第四百六十四条，合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定；没有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
