释义	国家法定节假日休息的不算出勤，但根据法律规定，用人单位应当依法支付劳动报酬,用人单位每个月在给员工发工资的时候，一部分也会依照实际出勤天数计算的。如果没有达到每个月规定的天数，相应的肯定是会扣除工资的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条，劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。应出勤天数是扣除法定节假日后的天数，如果实际出勤天数与应出勤天数一样就应该拿一个月的工资，法定节假日不能包含在应出勤天数里，如果法定节日出勤，应按3倍工资计算。
