释义	法律分析：合同复印件有效力。复印件通常情况是具有证明力的，但是如果单独仅凭借复印件是不能证明案件事实的，要么对方认可该复印件的法律效力，要么需要与原件核实一致。如果复印件和原件核对一致，那么具有一定的法律效力，但是比原件的法律效力低。法律依据《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第十一条当事人向人民法院提供证据，应当提供原件或者原物。如需自己保存证据原件、原物或者提供原件、原物确有困难的，可以提供经人民法院核对无异的复制件或者复制品。
