释义	在实务中，因为一些合同虽未生效，但是在满足一定条件的情况下，为了维护守约方的权益，也可以解除已成立但是未生效的合同。合同当事人可经协商一致解除，也可向人民法院提起诉讼请求解除合同。《中华人民共和国合同法》第二百六十八条《中华人民共和国婚姻法》第十条规定，有下列情形之一的婚姻无效：1.重婚的2.有禁止结婚的亲属关系的3.婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的4.未到法定婚龄的。
