释义	经济仲裁证据提交时间原则上讲应于举证期也就是10日提交仲裁委，超过期限提供的证据材料对方当事人有权不予质证，但是如仲裁员认为超期提供的证据材料属于对案件由重要或者是决定性影响的作用可以要求当事人予以确认证据的真实性、合法性及关联性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国经济合同仲裁条例》第三十三条当事人一方或者双方对仲裁不服的，在收到仲裁决定书之日起十五天内，向人民法院起诉；期满不起诉的，仲裁决定书即发生法律效力。
