2. 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百七十二条规定：“有配偶、有同居关系、有亲属关系、有监护关系、有教育、医疗、护理、托幼等特殊关系，利用其职权、地位或者专长，实施暴力、胁迫、限制人身自由或者侵害人身、财产安全的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，情节较轻的，并处或者单处罚金或者剥夺政治权利。”
3. 《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》第三十二条规定：“妇女受到暴力侵害的，可以向国家机关、妇女组织、人民团体等有关机构和组织寻求帮助。”
